Guidelines

  • No pets allowed, without prior acceptance and deposit.
  • Animals are prohibited to all carpeted areas. A $25 dollar fee will be applied to disposal of dog poop on property. Animals are prohibited to swim in the pool.
  • You must clean your own dishes, otherwise a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
  • Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A $30 charge will be added for every extra guest.
  • You’re not allowed to smoke inside the home at any time. An additional $250 will be deducted from security deposit for disinfecting home.
  • Use of illegal substance is strictly prohibited.
  • No parties or events without prior authorization. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • A $25 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys.
  • A $80 charge for each lost remote of fans or TV’s.
  • Keep noise to a minimal past 10 PM.
  • Please clean the BBQ after use. Failure to clean will result in a $35-$65 fee to have grill cleaned.
  • Report any damage to you by email so you can work together in determining a proper hold on deposit for those items.
